NeonEdit is a simple, tag-based CMS written in PHP. Simply load the included files to your server, change paths to point to your server and place beginning and ending tags around whatever content that is to be editable. Great for letting clients make text changes. Setup takes less than 5 minutes. Script can run to navigate designated directories and subdirectories and edit or exclude any text-based file type.
