PhPreview Form is a three part Contact Form that allows your web visitors to Preview and Edit their form before sending. The pages can be customized to suit the information you want to collect, or it can be used as is, with just a few variables to set up in the phpreview_mail.php file. Comes with all required files including a Readme file and Flash animation. PHP must be installed on the server. Basic HTML knowledge required.
