If you have kids at home, you basically have a built in workout each and everyday. Go outside and play with your kids for two hours each day and you will be able to notice a difference in your body.

When you are playing with your kids you have to be out there in the thick of their playing. Taking the time to create creative games or even play their games by their rules will ensure that you are getting your body moving.

Not only will you be getting yourself some great exercise but you will also be keeping your kids physically fit. They will be developing their relationship with you and also associating positive feelings with being outside and being active.

When you are playing games with your children make sure that you are running around with them. The games should include a lot of movement and physical activity to guarantee the games are going to be a benefit for you and your children.

As you play you should also try to lift your children up as much as you can. When you are able to pick your children up you will be working the muscles in your arms, your back and all throughout your core.

If you do not have kids at home but you have a dog you can also try to participate in this type of physical activity outside with your dog. Train your dog to play fetch and take him or her out to a park to play fetch.

Instead of just standing after you throw the ball you should try to race your dog to the ball. When you are racing your dog you will more than likely lose each time, but you will be getting in a great workout.

When you have a dog that does not enjoy playing fetch you can always take him or her out for a long walk or a jog. You will be able to clear your mind and also spend some quality time with your pet outside of your home.

If you live alone and you are looking for a new workout you should sign up for a new activity or a new class. There are a lot of different community sponsored activities that you will be able to participate in if you find them.

As you are looking for a new class or new activities make sure it is something that you are going to enjoy and look forward to. You may have to pay a fee for the class or the activity, but if you love what you are doing it will be well worth it.

If you have a community college in your town you can always look into their physical education credits. There are a lot of different schools that will allow you to enroll in their PE classes and if you can find one that you enjoy it may work perfectly.

After you have looked at different class schedules you may decide that none of the class times work with your schedule. When you find yourself in this type of situation you should consider bringing the classes into your own home.

Finding a workout video that has been created to teach you a new type of workout may work perfectly. With this option you are able to pop in the video and complete your workout any time of the day.

The better you get at the video the more enjoyable the video will become. If you are getting bored with the video that you bought, you should try a new video out that will give you the results that you are looking to see.

If you do not like any of the videos you find buy a good CD, turn it up and just dance around your house. No matter what you are doing, you can easily find a workout that you enjoy and is also beneficial for your body.
