| Title: | Taking Holidays A Step Into Luxury Heaven |
| Article: | If you have not seen the pictures already, then you would know that the closest thing that we mere mortals have to heaven, is the beautiful Barbados luxury resorts. This is a truly breathtaking experience, even just by looking at pictures from the internet. One can only dream of an enchanting holiday and this is one of them - it has virtually everything one could imagine in a paradise island - sun, sea, sand and many colourful exotic cuisines. What is that makes Barbados luxury resort so luxurious? Why are people desperately flocking to the foot of the beaches here and why is it a popular wedding/honeymoon destination? Many people love to travel here, most of who are able to afford the trip and stay in luxury hotels. However, travelling up to the Barbados is no longer an expensive venture and one can travel up to the dreamy beaches without breaking the bank. Saying your vows on the beautiful coastal island is something that nearly everyone would love to happen to them, as then this doubles up as a honeymoon. Newlywed couples can enjoy eating dinner at an exquisite restaurant under the stars, moonlit parties on the beaches and complimentary champagne when booking a hotel at any of the Barbados luxury resorts. Their exclusive services will ignite any couples flame, making it one of the best romantic honeymoon destinations in the world. Another good time to go is during the Crop Over Celebration Carnival. This was initially a celebration to symbolise the Bajan history and culture. This was originally celebrated when Barbados was renowned for its sugar industry. Since the 1780's Barbados had a thriving sugar industry, which attracted the European culture. At the end of the sugar cane season, the Bajan people would put up one of the biggest celebrations for the success. However, the sugar cane industry declined in the 1940's and so the celebrations for the crop over ended. The Crop Over Carnival was revived in the 1970's and has since been a mark of the Bajan history. People from all around the world enjoy this extravagant event, making it one of the largest events in the world. The celebration sees brightly coloured costumes, plenty of cuisines, popular Calypso music festival, crowing of the King and Queen of the Crop Over festival (given to the most productive sugar cane cutters of the season), band competition and the Calypso National Stadium competition. Amongst the beach parties, people can also take cruise tours on the Jolly Roger Cruises, MV Harbour Master and Tiami Catamaran Cruise. Each cruise has its own entertainment facilities, with one cruise ship being a wild party experience and the other being a relaxing tour with full course dinners to keep you satisfied. Of course, you cannot forget the vibrant nightlife in Barbados. For young people especially, the nightclubs bring a mixture of music genre, some with local bands and all of them with dancing. The cocktails mainly consist of rum and can be quite strong to the taste - this is no problem for people looking for a wild night out.
